URGENT | Data Engineer (Contract)

Opus have partnered with a global Data & AI Consultancy who’re working with a Digital Services end-client. They require a Data Engineer to help build and deliver cloud-based operational data and analytics platforms, integrating live service data into Qlik and Elastic/Kibana dashboards to provide Real Time reporting, monitoring, service insights and decision support.

Note on SC Clearance: In addition to having valid right to work within the UK, to be eligible for SC clearance (5 years continuous UK address history, no gaps out of the country of longer than 30 days continuously), * Strong enterprise level experience with Qlik Sense/QlikView

• Must have a good level of enterprise experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch
• Experience working with AWS and cloud-native data platforms

Expected skills/experience you’ll bring:

• Data Engineering: ETL/ELT, data integration, SQL, data modelling, API ingestion, and data quality.
• Delivery & Analytics: Dashboarding, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and CI/CD/Git.

Nice to have:

• Consulting or Public Sector/Government contracting experience
• Professional AWS Certifications
