Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a IT Support Engineer for one of our customer who has an expertise in:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or field support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint security.
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and remote support tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work independently.

Employment type:- Full Time

It would be full onsite in Valencia, Spain
