We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our Engineering team.

In this role, you will act as the owner of the product backlog, working closely with software developers, architects and business stakeholders to ensure that product requirements are clearly defined, prioritized and successfully delivered.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong software engineering background who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation while driving product development in an Agile environment.

What you’ll do

• Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable development work.
• Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with software developers during sprint planning, execution and review activities.
• Validate delivered functionality and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
• Support roadmap definition and product planning activities.
• Identify dependencies, risks and potential delivery challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement of Agile product development processes.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and product-related decision-making.

What we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Software Engineer, Technical Lead or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with Scrum frameworks.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience writing user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Good understanding of APIs, client-server architectures and software integrations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English level B2 or above.

Preferred Qualifications

• Software development or software architecture background.
• Experience managing backlogs in complex software environments.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and support solution decisions alongside engineering teams.
• Experience working in industrial automation, logistics, transportation or port technology environments.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
