Job description

Fachliche Beratung zur Einführung und Anpassung agiler Methoden, insbesondere Scrum, sowie Erarbeitung von Einführungs- und Vorgehensempfehlungen, Durchführung von Scrum-Events, Beratung zur Strukturierung des Product Backlogs, und Optimierung agiler Prozesse im Kontext von SAFe.

Requirements

  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Domain-Driven Design (ab 5 Jahre)
  • Kenntnisse zur Vorgaben der Bundesnetzagentur (BNetzA) (mindestens 1 Referenz)
  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Co-Creation-Workshops (ab 5 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in der Rolle Agile Coach (ab 5 Jahre)
  • Scrum Master Zertifikat: Certified Scrum Master II (Scrum.org), * Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering (ab 5 Jahre)
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Liberating-Structures-Methoden (ab 5 Jahre)
  • Product Owner Zertifikat: Certified Product Owner
  • Erfahrung im Scaled-Agile-Umfeld (mindestens 1 Referenz)
