SAP Vistex Project Manager

Join a high-impact SAP S/4HANA modernization program as a SAP Vistex Project Manager. In this fully remote, long-term (2-3 year) role, you will lead critical Vistex initiatives for a large-scale transformation. You’ll be the driving force behind project delivery, working directly with business and technical stakeholders, and shaping the future of enterprise technology. This is an urgent, high-visibility position designed for a proactive leader ready to influence outcomes and drive lasting change., Lead end-to-end delivery of Vistex initiatives, including upgrades and migrations from ECC to S/4HANA

• Coordinate and manage activities for Vistex modules: Recharge, chargebacks, rebates, and incentives
• Develop integrated project plans, manage scope, schedule, and report to executive leadership
• Serve as the main point of contact for all Vistex-related project matters, driving decisions and challenging assumptions
• Align Vistex milestones with the overall SAP S/4HANA roadmap and program objectives
• Partner with business leaders, SAP teams, vendors, and system integrators for seamless project execution
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage cross-workstream risks and dependencies
• Lead cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support

10-12+ years of project or program management with significant SAP delivery focus

• Recent hands-on leadership of at least one full-cycle Vistex implementation, upgrade, or major transformation
• Solid experience with Vistex modules: rebates, chargebacks, pricing, incentive administration, or Recharge
• Proficient in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including Order-to-Cash and Finance integration
• Proven record of owning project delivery, driving stakeholder engagement, and executive communications
• Strong expertise in integrated planning, RAID management, testing, cutover, and go-live stabilization
• Ability to work independently, bring structure to ambiguity, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or distribution industries
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations on SAP on RISE
• Direct experience with Vistex implementation partners
