We are seeking a candidate with both the skills to create an exceptional client experience and a genuine commitment to the cause of sustainable energy.Prepare customer loan and DMV documents and collaborate with other employees to ensure successful delivery appointmentsDemonstrate expertise in selling Tesla’s products and servicesMaximize scheduling efficiency to improve customer experiencesCompile reports for performance improvement and support trainingWork closely with other employees to ensure smooth pre-delivery experiences for customers with upcoming delivery appointments and provide a great customer-centric delivery experienceMaintaining Store Fleet: Coordinating service, allocation management, and completing accident reportPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs including delivery preparation, direct deliveries, and salesAt least 1 year of customer service experienceProactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationshipsHighly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environmentValid driver s license requiredFor roles working in CA, CO, HI, ID, MD, MS, NV, NC, OH, PA, TN, UT, VA, DC: This role requires you to possess a Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles. • At least 1 year of customer service experience

• Valid driver s license required
