ADMS Technical Lead

• Lead end-to-end GE e-terra ADMS implementation and technical delivery.
• Perform hands-on application configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data migration, and deployment.
• Lead or contribute to DMS/EMS functionality, including load flow, power flow, VVO, and VVC.
• Manage network modeling and GIS integration for ADMS/DMS/OMS.
• Understand OMS outage lifecycle and integrations with CIS, IVR, crew management, and notification systems.
• Own technical workstreams and collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Drive implementation activities from requirements gathering through go-live and stabilization.

The ideal candidate must independently own technical workstreams, work directly with utility clients, and have strong functional expertise in ADMS, DMS, EMS, and/or OMS applications., No. of Years of Experience Detailed Write Up Total No. of Years of Experience GE Vernova e-terra ADMS: Hands-on implementation experience with GE e-terra ADMS is a primary requirement. Candidates must be able to explain the modules they configured, the implementation activities they performed, and the challenges they resolved. ADMS/DMS/EMS Applications: Strong functional and technical implementation experience with distribution or energy management applications in an electric utility environment. Network Modeling and GIS Integration: Practical experience with utility network models, network data conversion, GIS integration, and understanding how source network data feeds ADMS/DMS or OMS applications. DMS Functional Applications: Hands-on experience with relevant DMS functionality, such as load flow, power flow, power flow conversion, Volt/VAR Optimization (VVO), and Volt/VAR Control (VVC). Direct implementation experience in these areas is strongly preferred. OMS Functional Applications: Knowledge of outage lifecycle management, outage workflows, OMS configuration, and integration with CIS, IVR, customer notification, crew management, and workforce management systems. Implementation and Configuration: Proven ability to work directly within application screens, configure functional modules, validate results, troubleshoot defects, and execute implementation activities. End-to-End Delivery: Ability to explain and execute the complete project lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go-live. Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to own a technical workstream, make decisions, manage dependencies, and deliver independently with escalation support when needed. Personality:
