IT Maintenance Engineer

As IT Maintenance Engineer you will:

• Responsible for the laptop preparation for employees and resolve various desk issues
• Responsible for network project construction and daily maintenance
• Responsible for office solutions
• Following HQ IT to do some tests or perform IT implementation.
• Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
• Other related activities and contingent assignments.

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors.

• 1 years of IT Support-related work experience.
• Fluent Germany&English language skills.
• CCNA, CCNP or ITIL certifications are advantageous.
• Chinese speaking is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
