AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with expertise in Python, Generative AI, LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and enterprise copilots. The candidate should have hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions, integrating AI services with enterprise systems, and implementing scalable AI architectures. A background in Java development is preferred and will be an added advantage., * Design and develop Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Build AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop and optimize AI-powered copilots and conversational assistants.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs.
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
• Work with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and related AI services.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and REST APIs.
• Fine-tune, monitor, and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and solution architects to define AI use cases.
• Ensure AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Experience building AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Vector Databases, and Embeddings.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI Services, or similar AI platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Copilot integrations.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Generative AI Skills

• LLM orchestration and agent development.
• Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Semantic search and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
• AI model monitoring and optimization.

Nice to Have

• Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices.
• Azure certifications related to AI or cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Graph-based AI workflows and agentic AI systems., * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Generative AI and AI application development.
