Job Title: Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Settle (S2S) Business Analyst Location: Irving,TX Contract Pay ratea:$80/hr on w2 Job Description We are seeking an experienced Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Settle (S2S) Business Analyst to support procurement and accounts payable operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in vendor management, invoice processing, workflow approvals, AP operations, and procurement process optimization. Experience with SAP Ariba and Source-to-Settle processes is highly preferred. Required Skills + Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Settle (S2S) + Vendor Management & Vendor Onboarding + Invoice Processing + Workflow Approvals + Accounts Payable (AP) Operations + Purchase Requisitions (PR) & Purchase Orders (PO) + Non-PO Invoice Processing + SAP Ariba (preferred) + Reporting & Analytics + Requirements Gathering & Functional Design + UAT/SIT Testing Support Key Responsibilities + Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, process inefficiencies, and reporting requirements across Source-to-Settle functions. + Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. + Lead end-to-end delivery of procurement and AP enhancements, including design, testing, deployment, and post-production support. + Support and optimize key business processes including: + Vendor onboarding and maintenance + Purchase requisitions and purchase orders + Non-PO invoice processing + Invoice workflow management and approvals + Accounts payable processing and reconciliations + Ariba integrations and related interfaces + Operational reporting and process visibility + Coordinate with business, AMS, integration, reporting, and project teams to ensure successful delivery. + Assist with backlog management, roadmap planning, effort estimation, and defect resolution. + Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, improve invoice cycle times, and enhance procurement and AP operations. + Support SIT/UAT testing activities and ensure successful implementation of solutions. + Provide hypercare support following production deployments. Preferred Qualifications + Experience with SAP Ariba, procurement systems, or ERP platforms. + Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Accounts Payable processes. + Experience working in Agile environments. + Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
