Power Platform DeveloperWe are looking for Power Platform Developers to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise business solutions leveraging the Client Power Platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable applications, automate business processes, and integrate solutions across Client 365 and enterprise platforms.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experienceStrong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plusExperience designing and implementing Dataverse solutionsExperience integrating Power Platform with Client 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systemsExperience developing custom connectors and working with APIsStrong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practicesExperience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and security best practices.Experience troubleshooting and optimizing existing Power Platform solutionsAbility to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutionsHighly :Experience with Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) governance and administrationExperience with Power BI for data visualization and reportingExperience with Azure services and enterprise integrationsExperience developing reusable solution components and automation frameworksExperience working in large enterprise or regulated environmentsCopilot experience is a plusTo help accelerate screening and onboarding, please prioritize candidates with:4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and DataverseExperience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions in a production environmentExperience integrating Power Platform with Client 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and external systems using APIs and custom connectorsStrong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
