We’re looking for a Technical Support & Operations Specialist to join our team in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. This is a hands-on position where you’ll work across technical support, software testing, server configuration, hardware deployment, shipping, procurement, and customer operations. As your skills grow, you’ll take on increasing responsibility across support, systems administration, testing, and operations. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technology, and taking ownership of your work, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact while building your technical career.

After an initial 90-day training period, this position transitions to a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two days remote.

What You’ll Do

\n \n

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues \n

• Test software releases and document results before deployment \n

• Configure and stage servers and hardware for customer installations \n

• Prepare systems for deployment and verify quality before shipment \n

• Manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and procurement \n

• Document work accurately and maintain organized records \n

• Identify issues proactively and drive tasks through completion \n

• Collaborate with our development team to identify, troubleshoot, and validate software improvements \n
