Network Infrastructure Engineer

Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Contribute to network optimization and support Charter Manufacturing expansion initiatives., Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and maintain WAN, LAN, WLAN, and cloud network solutions * Lead troubleshooting of complex network issues and outages * Monitor and optimize network performance, capacity, and availability * Support Charter expansion projects: o Assist in network design for new sites and upgrades o Execute deployment, configuration, and testing activities o Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors * Conduct network audits, failover testing, and disaster recovery exercises * Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standards * Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams * Mentor Network Engineer I team members * Support vendor selection, evaluation, and implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience * 3-5 years of network engineering experience * Strong experience with Cisco routing, switching, and wireless technologies * Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Ability to participate in on-call rotation * Ability to travel as required * CCNA or CCNP certification * Experience with: o SD-WAN / SD-LAN technologies o Cloud networking (Azure, AWS) o Load balancing (F5) o WAN optimization (Riverbed) * Experience in multi-site or manufacturing environments
