We are seeking a Senior Cloud Observability Monitoring Engineer to design, implement, and support monitoring and observability solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cloud monitoring, observability, alerting, dashboards, health checks, and reporting solutions.
• Collect and analyze metrics, logs, traces, events, and telemetry to identify performance and availability issues.
• Support proactive issue detection, troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and capacity planning.
• Deploy monitoring and infrastructure configurations using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Build and support automated deployments through Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate enterprise monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Partner with cloud, platform, security, and operations teams to embed observability into cloud deployment standards.
• Create operational documentation, runbooks, and monitoring standards.

• Strong cloud observability and monitoring experience.
• Hands-on AWS, Azure, and/or GCP experience.
• Strong Terraform and Infrastructure as Code expertise.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Knowledge of multi-cloud, hybrid cloud, telemetry, performance monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
