Accoona Corp., the developer of an artificial intelligence-driven search engine that delivers results most relevant to the meaning of the key words entered and the user’s intent is actively seeking an experienced Java Developer. Technical Skills & Experience: * Must have 5+ years experience in J2EE development including Servlets, JSF, JSP EJB, JMS, JDBC, JNDI/LDAP, RMI * Must have experience with WebSphere application server * Proficient in multi-tier and multi-thread development * Experience with session management, object-relational mapping, XML , and web services and API development * Experience with Oracle 9i (10g preferred), SQL coding and strong understanding of database transactions * Experience working with large scale mission critical ecommerce applications is a plus * Experience working in a start-up environment a plus Professional Skills: * Good verbal and written communication skills * A strong team contributor able to help devise solutions and produce quality software with others * Willing to work in a fast paced, start-up environment with minimal infrastructure and support * Ability to help solve a wide-variety of technically challenging problems (sometimes unusual ones) as part of creating original products.
