React Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, modern front-end technologies, and JavaScript development, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Develop and implement new features and enhance existing application functionality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and follow front-end development best practices.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

• Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern front-end development frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of reusable components and front-end application architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Work Location and Interview Requirements

• The position requires working onsite in Rutherford, NJ, from Day 1.
