IT Developer (Power Platform, SQL, .NET, Power BI) - Hybrid - Up to £45,000 A growing organisation is looking for an IT Developer to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work on a variety of development and data projects across Power Platform, .NET, SQL, Power BI, and Azure, helping to deliver business-critical applications, reporting solutions, and data integrations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using .NET technologies Design, develop, and support Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate Build and optimise SQL databases, queries, stored procedures, and integrations Develop Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX Create and maintain SSRS reports for business users Design and support ETL pipelines and data integration processes Work with Azure services to support cloud-based applications and data solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions

Required Experience: 2 years’ experience in a software development or data-focused role Strong experience with C# .NET development Experience with SQL Server, query optimisation, and database development Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform Experience developing reports with Power BI, DAX, and SSRS Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration techniques Experience working with Azure services Strong problem-solving and communication skills
