About the company

We are working with a growing SaaS business developing intelligent document-processing technology for the legal sector. The company has an established product and is investing in a new AI layer to transform how users analyse documents, automate workflows and make complex decisions. This role offers technical ownership of AI functionality within the existing platform, close collaboration with our technically hands-on CTO, and influence over architecture and implementation. You will help build AI systems designed to provide accurate, reliable recommendations using complex data, with a focus on production readiness and ongoing improvement. The growing engineering team has ambitious plans for its AI capabilities. The role is fully remote within the UK, with a salary of up to £100,000 depending on experience, an annual performance-related bonus of up to 10%, 25 days of annual leave plus UK public holidays, Bupa medical and dental cover, a pension with a 3% employer contribution and 5%
