Data Scientist/Remote/Outside IR35

I am looking for a Senior Data Scientist for a project for one of my clients. You will be coming on to build the identity matching layer of a customer data platform. The role My client client is building a customer identity hierarchy that brings together customer records from multiple systems into one trusted view. You’ll design and build how those records are matched, including:

• Entity resolution, record linkage and fuzzy matching
• Model-based matching where deterministic rules fall short
• Match-quality metrics to measure and improve accuracy

• Hands-on experience with graph-based or ML-based entity resolution
• Record linkage and fuzzy matching at scale
• MLOps and feature stores
• Customer master data/MDM experience

Nice to have

• Experience delivering a governed customer identity hierarchy end to end
• Splink, Zingg, Senzing or similar matching tools
• Databricks and PySpark
