We Make Voice AI Work.We ship production-ready agents that automate real sales and operations.¿Está considerando presentar su candidatura para este trabajo?Compruebe todos los detalles en esta descripción del puesto y luego haga clic en “Solicitar”.builds and operates custom AI voice agents that automate high-volume, repeatable workflows across commercial and operational processes.Our customers include fast-moving SMEs, corporates, and mid-market leaders across Europe and LatAm.We are execution-obsessed, customer-ROI-driven, and deeply committed to operational excellence.As a Software Engineer for the Core Platform, you will work closely with the founders and a still small engineering team to design, build, and scale the foundational technology that powers our AI voice agents.Your mission is to own the performance, reliability, and technical excellence of our core platform, ensuring seamless integration with the world’s leading AI model providers.This role is highly hands-on, critical to our platform’s scalability, and central to Flyboard’s ability to deliver value at high volume.You will report directly to the Founding Team.What You Will DoPlatform Development: Design and implement robust, scalable platform features for our core voice agent infrastructure.API & Integration Ownership: Build, maintain, and optimize APIs for high-throughput, ensuring reliable integration with core model providers (OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Amazon, etc.).System Reliability: Optimize system performance, latency, and observability to ensure the core platform is stable and efficient under heavy load.Developer Tooling: Develop and implement internal tooling and automation to streamline the work of our Operations and Delivery teams.Deployment and Infrastructure: Improve our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and contribute to maintaining our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP).We are looking for someone driven, analytical, structured, and hungry to grow.You will thrive if you:Have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment (we value potential and passion over exact time in role).Demonstrate ability to build and operate production systems.Have a STEM background (e.G., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics) and enjoy working through complex, scalable platform problems.Show strong critical thinking, discipline, and the ability to impose structure on technical challenges.Are proficient in Python (backend) and have working knowledge of any of the main Frontend frameworks.Have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and an understanding of Azure and GCP.Demonstrate experience developing with the help of AI coding agents (e.G., Cursor, Codex, Claude Code), showcasing a modern, efficient, and forward-thinking development mindset.Are curious, adaptable, and passionate about AI, its applications, and technology in general.Have experience implementing AI workflows or agents, being voice AI agents a plus.Why This Role MattersThis role sits at the technical core of Flyboard’s product.Your work directly impacts the speed, quality, and scalability of every AI agent we put into production.xqysrnh You will learn how to operate and scale cutting-edge AI systems, work closely with engineers and founders, and become a key contributor to our rapid growth.What We OfferA steep learning curve with direct exposure to founders and the initial team of a startupReal ownership from day one, with impact visible immediately in customer outcomesHigh coding agents token budgetTechnical ownership with architectural influenceExposure to problems that are challenging, not just operationally busyA dynamic, execution-driven environment with rapid iteration cyclesMostly on-site, with flexibility to WFH sporadically when needed
