Senior ERP Consultant

The Consultant implements ERP systems (accounting, manufacturing, WMS, and others) in the company, following the defined architecture.

DAY TO DAY

• Process the review with the customer
• Evaluate the customer’s future needs, what they would like to have
• Define gaps and propose solutions
• Configure, parameterize the software: initialize the software (the basic parameters)
• Analyze the needs and prepare the functional documents
• Internally validate the information contained in the document (hours, steps, etc.) and the architecture
• Obtain customer’s approval of the functional document
• Coach the programmers assigned to the project by giving them specifications and answering questions
• Test any new application before installing at the customer’s site
• Implement the system with the customer’s team (data transfer, technical aspects)
• Train the system’s manager
• Prepare the training documents for the users
• Train the users
• Supervise the final conversion of data
• Support the customer throughout the project and at Go-Live
• Answer internal questions about the product
• Pursue continuous training on the products offered

• Teamwork: give opinions, ask others, and support the general opinion
• Analytical: identify all of a situation’s elements, compare data, detect the challenges, and identify the causes
• Innovative: call into question the current operation methods, bring new elements, and proceed to trials
• Motivation: repeat several times and drive to go further, despite the difficulties

• Timeliness: know the importance of meeting deadlines

NICE TO HAVE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, or another related field
• Experience: 4 to 8 years experience implementing SAP Business One or other ERPs, * ERP systems SAP B1: 4 years (Preferred)
