Fullstack Java Developer

What You’ll Do * Support modernization initiatives for enterprise maintenance applications * Partner with internal & outsourced engineering teams * Participate in Agile development cycles and sprint planning * Analyze system architecture and data flow to improve user experience * Collaborate on application redesign and modernization efforts * Help drive technical decisions and solution designs Skills and Requirements Required Qualifications * Experience with Java and Spring Boot * 7-10 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer * Strong background in Java & Springboot (Version 17.0+) * Strong Angular experience version 16.0+ (30%+ of their time in full-stack) o Knows how to share data between angular components * Hands on Experience with migrating Java Applications to cloud platforms (OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP) * Proficiency in RESTful services and Microservice Architecture * Experience working in Agile environments * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables * Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Nice to Have * Experience with application modernization initiatives * Experience modernizing legacy enterprise applications We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
