We are seeking experienced Software Developers to contribute to an AI training project focused on software development, code quality, and system architecture. You’ll apply your technical expertise to evaluate code, document best practices, and provide real-world programming insights. No prior AI experience is required., * At least 5 years of professional experience in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or full-stack development.

• Strong expertise in software architecture, code review, and complex codebases.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Ability to provide constructive code review feedback.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating remotely with distributed teams using digital tools.

Preferred: Familiarity with AI, machine learning concepts, or technology training datasets.
