Requirements

10+ years of Hands experience in data migration projects

in a Windchill environment.2.Should manage the end to end extraction

transformation and loading of PLM data in or out of PTC windchill.3.Define the complete migration roadmap including scope

risk management and scheduling or choosing strategies.4.Analyze source and target data model to create precise source to target mapping rules for parts

BOMs

CAD documents

change notice etc.5.Utilize tools like WBM

custom JAVA APIs and SQL scripts to run data extraction and load.6.Identify data quality issue

handle duplicate records

resolve relationship breaks and perform preload/postload reconciliation.7.Act as bridge between business users

functional analyst

IT infra team and data migration team.8.Should have working knowledge in Windchill PLM Domain and experience in Medical device is preferred 9.Solid understanding of Windchill data model

workflows

and configurations10.Experience in migrating data from Non PLM to windchill

environment is advantageous11.Solid understanding of data migration concepts

methodologies

and best practices.12.Proficiency in Windchill data migration tools and utilities including Site consolidation tools and processes13.Experience with data mapping

transformation

and validation techniques.14.Proficiency in scripting languages for automating migration processes.15.Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.16.Relevant certifications in data management or PLM are advantageous”
