Transformation - Workday Senior Associate

As a Workday Senior Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Technology Transformation Practice - all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more confidently.Your day-to-day may include:Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phasesResponsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goalsConfigure applications and conduct iterative unit testingHelp to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoptionConduct training classes to prepare end users for deploymentProvide post-production supportAssist with full life cycle implementationsAssist teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support proceduresMeet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization)Other duties as assignedYou have the following technical skills and qualifications:Bachelor’’s degree in Accounting, SCM, Workday Technology, MIS or related field requiredMinimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national levelExperience with a full life cycle implementation of Workday or similar applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reportsExperience installing/configuring/implementing Workday ApplicationsProven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projectsAble to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectivesAbility to travel to various client sites as needed on short noticeCan travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%The base salary range for this position is between $110,400 and $140,760. Placement within the pay range is at Grant Thornton’s discretion, and it is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, progression within the role, geographic location, and internal equity. • Bachelor’’s degree in Accounting, SCM, Workday Technology, MIS or related field required
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Workday or similar applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Workday Applications
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects
• Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives
• Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%

The base salary range for this position is between $110,400 and $140,760.
