Systems Administrator

We are hiring a Systems Administrator to provide day-to-day support for core infrastructure systems. This individual will be responsible for maintaining server environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-user technology operations., * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
• Perform system monitoring, maintenance, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot server, application, and infrastructure issues.
• Support backup, recovery, and endpoint management solutions.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Document support procedures and system configurations.
• Provide Tier II/III technical support when necessary.

• 3+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience supporting Windows Server and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
