Agentic AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Solution Architect with deep expertise in Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and Java to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong architectural leadership with hands-on development experience to build intelligent, scalable, and secure AI platforms that transform business processes. This role requires expertise in designing multi-agent ecosystems, orchestrating autonomous workflows, integrating enterprise systems, and establishing AI governance frameworks for production environments. Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems for complex business use cases.
• Define scalable AI solution architectures using LLMs, RAG, Agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Lead technical discovery workshops to identify AI transformation opportunities and translate business requirements into solution blueprints.
• Design and implement agent orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
• Establish reference architectures for AI observability, governance, security guardrails, compliance, and monitoring.
• Architect integrations between AI agents and enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business systems.
• Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle, from architecture and prototype development through enterprise deployment.
• Guide engineering teams in developing, optimizing, and scaling AI-driven applications.
• Define best practices for retrieval engineering, vector search, knowledge management, and RAG architectures.
• Drive continuous improvement of AI solutions through performance analysis, user feedback, and operational insights.

• 8+ years of software engineering and solution architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on programming expertise in Python and Java.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Agentic AI and Multi-Agent architectures.
• Deep expertise with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or comparable AI workflow platforms.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, retrieval engineering, and knowledge systems.
• Experience building autonomous AI workflows with enterprise-grade API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, governance, security controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture and enterprise AI deployment patterns.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable AI architecture and technology solutions.
• Experience leading architecture discussions with business, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI solutions for Finance, Accounting, Close Management, or Enterprise Operations.
• Understanding of Month-End Close (MEC) and Year-End Close (YEC) processes.
• Experience architecting enterprise AI solutions across regulated environments.
• Customer-facing consulting, solution architecture, or advisory experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security patterns.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and technical strategy discussions with executive stakeholders., * Solution Architect who remains hands-on with development.
• Strong background in Enterprise AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI platforms.
• Capable of owning architecture decisions while actively building prototypes and production solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable AI solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

The pay range for this role is $220,000 - $230,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
