Requirements

• Incident Management, * 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise Mainframe environments with multiple LPARs, or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting workload automation requests across multiple application teams and Mainframe maintenance activities.
• At least 1+ year of hands-on technical experience with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of batch processing, system monitoring, SLA management, incident escalation, and operational procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-critical enterprise environment and comply with Data Center security requirements.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management and Workload Automation as a Service (WLAaaS) tools such as TWS/z or CA
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ITSM certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools, automation, and continuous improvement practices within Mainframe environments
