Senior BI & Analytics Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI & Analytics Practitioner (Contractor) to drive dedicated analytics, measurement, and reporting for the Sierra AI Program. Under the Sierra AI Portfolio Operating Model, this role provides direct line-of-sight across Sierra AI deployments, connecting executive sponsors, domain product owners (Sales, Marketing, CX, Monitoring, Product), and Sierra (vendor). This contract engagement goes far beyond simple dashboard builds; we require a seasoned practitioner who can measure the “Sierra Impact” versus broader technology change. Sitting at the center of the Sierra operating model, you will build the analytical framework and reporting suites necessary to quantify Sierra’s performance and efficiency gains across the domain. Key Scope & Responsibilities

1. Sierra Impact & Multi-Variable Attribution * Attribution & Impact Isolation: Design and implement measurement frameworks to isolate the direct business impact of Sierra AI capabilities against concurrent platform changes (Salesforce, API updates, voice connectivity). Cross collaborate with analytical leaders across the different domains * Full Line-of-Sight Reporting: Build and maintain end-to-end reporting that connects Sierra domain performance (Sales, Marketing, CX, Monitoring, Product) to overall program governance objectives. * Sierra KPI Tracking: Define and steer key performance indicators for the Sierra roll-out, quantifying conversion metrics, call/chat handling efficiency, cost savings, and operational ROI.

2. Sierra Operating Model & Cross-team Analytics * Cross-Functional Analytics Partner: Serve as the hands-on data practitioner embedded across Sierra * Metric Standardization: Establish unified business logic and metric definitions across all Sierra domain streams to prevent fragmented reporting.

3. Hands-On BigQuery & Tableau Delivery * Data Verification in BigQuery: Query, audit, and validate raw Sierra datasets in BigQuery; inspect staging tables, ODS layers, and pipeline integrations to ensure source data integrity. * Advanced Tableau Dashboards: Design and deliver scalable, high-performance Tableau reporting suites and data models for Sierra Program Governance.

• Advanced BigQuery & SQL Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience querying, modeling, and troubleshooting complex datasets in BigQuery.
• Advanced Tableau Development: Proven track record building executive and operational Tableau dashboards with optimized data sources, LOD calculations, and row-level security.
• Attribution & Variance Analysis: Practical experience with multi-variable attribution models, setting baselines, and isolating program-specific impacts within multi-system environments.
• Data Architecture Familiarity: Solid understanding of relational database design, dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and enterprise ELT/ETL concepts.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to present clear, data-backed insights to executive sponsors and collaborate effectively with business teams.
• Location: Based in or near Boca Raton, FL, available for periodic onsite planning, cross-functional workshops, and governance reviews for the duration of the contract.
