Software Development Engineering - Advisor II

DUTIES: Develop customized designs to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals. Develop REST API applications, develop code for applications running in PCF and AWS Cloud, and design high-volume transaction processing applications for high volume payment processing environments. Deliver secure software using security scan tools, conduct testing of APIs, and write test cases for code coverage. Use agentic AI at an enterprise level throughout SDLC to increase productivity.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and 4 years in any job title involving software development experience using Java. Prior experience must include: 4 years using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch; 4 years creating unit tests using JUnit and Mockito; 4 years working with databases and code integrations including Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL; 4 years implementing complex full-stack solutions, including digital and mobile systems, APIs, and microservices in large enterprise organizations; and 2 years working with Agile methodology in the payments industry in Cloud.
