Python AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, API-driven solutions leveraging modern technology stacks and Generative AI capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client requirements, timelines, and budgets., * Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern technology stacks. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization.

• Develop and integrate APIs for Gen AI orchestration and data analytics workflows.
• Integrate popular Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, PaLM 2, Dolly, Claude 2, Cohere, etc., via API endpoints.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement LLM agents (e.g., LangChain).
• Work with vector databases like Pinecone, Chroma, or FAISS for advanced AI solutions.
• Conduct rapid experiments to evaluate new LLM versions and features.
• Collaborate with Gen AI leads and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform basic data engineering tasks to load structured and unstructured data from source systems to target data stores.
• Debug and troubleshoot software or design issues effectively.

• 8 years of software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Python and relevant experience in AI/ML or Generative AI.
• Strong programming experience with Python, REST APIs, JSON, and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, and context management.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Experience working with Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform AI and cloud services, preferably Azure OpenAI in an enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of ML lifecycle, model evaluation, AI/LLM evaluation techniques, and MLOps concepts.
• Experience with SQL, databases, data processing, and integration with enterprise data sources.
• Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Experience in Banking services or other regulated environments is a plus, 1) Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate 2) Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer 3) NVIDIA Certified Professional - Agentic AI (NCP-AAI) 4) AWS Certified AI Practitioner, * Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering or data analytics roles.

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory)or Java
• Proven experience in building API-based scalable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools.
