We’re looking for a Reality Capture Specialist who’s ready to push the boundaries of 3D scanning and digital twin creation for the built world.This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who thrives in the fast-paced AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry and has hands-on experience using laser scanning to support construction workflows, BIM coordination, and site documentation.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be the boots on the ground and the expert behind the screen-capturing, processing, and delivering high-resolution spatial data that powers smarter, safer construction decisions.Core Responsibilities:Perform 3D laser scanning on active construction sites and in the office using advanced tools and workflowsPost-process scan data to create usable deliverables such as point clouds, floor plans, and BIM modelsTrain and support clients on platforms like CloudWorx, Recap, Reality Cloud Studio, AutoCAD, Register 360, and RevitGenerate professional project reports and maintain detailed documentationManage and maintain scanning equipment inventory and conduct regular equipment maintenanceInspect scan results and final outputs to ensure they meet construction-grade quality standardsPrioritize and log jobs according to project schedules, site constraints, and deliverable deadlinesWhat We’re Looking ForYou’re a detail-driven professional who understands construction workflows and how reality capture supports coordination, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.Key Qualifications:Proven experience in 3D scanning for construction, surveying, or engineeringProficiency and/or certification in:CloudWorxRecapReality Cloud StudioAutoCADRegister 360RevitExcellent communication and client-facing skillsStrong organization, planning, and project tracking abilityAble to work independently on job sites and adapt to dynamic construction environmentsWhy Join Us?We’re a growing team at the intersection of technology and construction, helping project teams build smarter with better data.
