SAP Datasphere Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere Lead who drives end-to-end delivery, enhancements, and stabilization efforts across our enterprise data architecture. In this role, you will bridge business and technology stakeholders to solve complex reporting challenges, improve data quality, and optimize cross-system performance across SAP Finance ecosystems. You will play a vital role in unifying S/4HANA data extractions, Datasphere models, and SAP Analytics Cloud dependencies to establish robust, reusable data products. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, address data issues, and resolve performance bottlenecks across Finance functions.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for SAP Datasphere enhancements, from initial data and solution design through technical development coordination, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare.
• Optimize and stabilize SAP Datasphere models, data products, S/4HANA CDS views, and extraction pipelines.
• Ensure seamless data integration, loading, transformation, and reconciliation between S/4HANA, Meter-to-Cash billing systems, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting layers.
• Assist with backlog prioritization, effort sizing, defect resolution, performance tuning, and roadmap planning across AMS and project teams.
• Drive data governance, quality assurance, and model reusability to eliminate reporting complexity and elevate overall system reliability.

• 8+ years of experience with SAP BTP and SAP Datasphere (Expert level / P4).
• 8+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA data modeling and CDS view creation/extraction.
• 8+ years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration and reporting dependencies.
• 8+ years of experience in data modeling, performance optimization, and Finance data integration/reconciliation.

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with Meter-to-Cash (M2C) processes and billing system integrations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across AMS, project, and business stakeholder teams.
• Strong back-log management, defect triage, and technical sizing abilities., The ideal candidate is a senior-level SAP Architect and Lead with deep technical expertise in SAP Datasphere and S/4HANA CDS views. They possess strong communication skills, easily collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex financial business needs into scalable data products. They bring a track record of driving system stability, data quality, and performance tuning in large enterprise environments.
