Sr BI & Reporting Analyst

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, validation, and recurring reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Create clear, professional PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business insights.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate business needs into dashboards, reports, and analytical outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports and presentations.
• Perform quality checks, investigate discrepancies, and resolve reporting issues.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting requirements while managing priorities independently.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to improve reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced Sr BI & Reporting Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in data analysis, reporting, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. The individual should be detail-oriented, comfortable working with business stakeholders, and capable of translating data into accurate, meaningful reports and management insights.

Key Skills:- Power BI + Advanced Excel + Data Analysis + Business Reporting + PowerPoint with SQL/DAX/Power Query as strong advantages, * 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business reporting, business intelligence, or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, formulas, data analysis, and data manipulation.
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create management-ready presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality control.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly to business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and work independently.

Good to Have Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with Power Query and DAX.
• Exposure to reporting or process automation.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
