Network Security Engineer - Palo Alto Networks NGFW

Entelligence is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support our Customer’s clients. Thesuccessful candidate must be able to work in a cross-functional environment and interact withrepresentatives from Entelligence, the Customer, and the end-user.The Network Security Engineer will regularly participate in technical discussions with multifunctionalteams, creating an environment of transparency that ultimately leads to better products, better workingenvironments, and better cybersecurity. Providing quick thinking and support to the client and ensuringthe fast assistance they need to keep their environments secure.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Technical Support to customers and partnersProvide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customersManage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups arecompleted in a timely mannerProvide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issuesPublish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge BaseReview of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals,troubleshooting guides, etc..JOB REQUIREMENTS:Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Next Generation Firewalls and Panorama.Application Performance Monitoring expertise - Response time metrics, Application identification.Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediationIn-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies.Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, InternetVPN, ECMP, DMVPN)Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking.BENEFITSCompetitive base salaryMedical, dental, vision and life insuranceVacation, sick time and paid holidaysMatching 401(k) programENTELLIGENCE.
