Data Architect (Tableau/Power BI) -- Onsite -- W2 Profiles

Design and implement enterprise data architectures supporting BI, analytics, and reporting platforms. * Develop and maintain scalable Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations. * Provide technical leadership for Tableau architecture, dashboard design, performance optimization, and governance. * Design and implement Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and visualization solutions. * Develop robust data models, dimensional models, data marts, and analytical datasets. * Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data pipelines and ensure high-quality data availability. * Optimize Tableau and Power BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability. * Establish standards for BI development, visualization, security, governance, and deployment. * Integrate BI platforms with enterprise data sources, including SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms. * Gather business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and reporting solutions. * Troubleshoot complex BI, data, and performance issues. * Establish best practices for Tableau Server/Cloud, Power BI Service, workspaces, access controls, and deployment. * Collaborate with architects, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.

8+ years of overall relevant experience in data architecture, BI, analytics, or related technologies. * 5+ years of Tableau development and architecture experience. * Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud. * Expertise in Tableau dashboard development, performance tuning, and visualization best practices. * Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. * Experience designing data models and dimensional models. * Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases. * Experience in enterprise data architecture and BI/analytics architecture. * Experience working with large-scale datasets. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Important: Strong hands-on Tableau development and architecture experience is mandatory, along with solid Power BI and data modeling expertise.
