Database Architect Expert

We are seeking an experienced Database Architect with extensive expertise in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Oracle database technologies, and enterprise data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing complex ETL solutions, administering Informatica environments, integrating healthcare data from heterogeneous systems, and implementing advanced Oracle database security controls. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL mappings and enterprise data warehouse solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.x or higher and IDMC. Administer Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC environments, including installation, patching, metadata analysis, ETL code migration, and repository optimization. Analyze, transform, and integrate heterogeneous healthcare data, including hospital admissions, discharges, census, financial, billing, human resources, payroll, Medicaid, and pharmacy data. Design and implement Oracle database security solutions using Virtual Private Database (VPD) and Fine-Grained Auditing (FGA). Apply advanced data warehousing concepts, relational data management principles, and database architecture best practices. Develop and optimize complex ETL workflows to support enterprise reporting, data integration, and healthcare data management. Protect sensitive healthcare information, including Medicaid data and HIPAA-regulated Protected Health Information (PHI). Collaborate with developers and technical teams to establish ETL design standards, database architecture, and data integration strategies. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize ETL processes, database operations, and Informatica repository performance. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.x or higher and IDMC in enterprise data warehousing, including complex mapping design and development. 10+ years of experience administering Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC, including installation, patching, metadata analysis, ETL code migration, and repository optimization. 10+ years of experience analyzing and transforming data from heterogeneous healthcare systems into complex ETL solutions. 10+ years of experience in relational data management and Oracle technologies, including designing and implementing VPD and FGA in enterprise data warehouses. 10+ years of experience working with UNIX and/or Linux operating systems. 10+ years of experience leading and collaborating with development teams on PowerCenter ETL solutions and database architecture. Strong understanding of healthcare data security, Medicaid data, and HIPAA-protected PHI. Demonstrated expertise in enterprise data warehouse architecture, complex data integration, and relational database design.
