Senior AI Solutions Architect & Program Manager in Los Angeles

We are looking for a senior, hands-on AI leader to join our in-house team in Los Angeles. This role combines software development and product management. You will help new clients understand where AI can improve their work, design their AI adoption plan, and lead the AI specialists who carry it out. You will also own how we recruit, train and certify those specialists.

What you will do

• Lead discovery with new clients: map their workflows, tools and pain points, and assess how ready they are for AI
• Write AI adoption plans, AI use policies and step-by-step procedures (SOPs) that make client teams AI-ready
• Define the skills and technical tests used to evaluate AI specialist candidates, and interview finalists
• Onboard placed specialists and set clear 30/60/90-day goals for each client engagement
• Design and deliver practical, role-based AI training and certification programs
• Set the standard for building and launching AI agents and automations: written specs, testing on real cases, pilots, rollback plans and activity logs
• Maintain an approved library of AI tools, including security and data-privacy review
• Evaluate technology partners and recommend which partnerships add value for clients
• Track and report results to leadership: hours saved, adoption, client satisfaction and specialist performance
• Coach specialists and make decisions on client priorities within your scope

• 5+ years in software development, solutions architecture or technical product management
• Hands-on experience building with large models (LLMs), AI agents, APIs and workflow automation
• Proven ability to run client discovery, write requirements and deliver projects end to end
• Experience hiring, training or managing technical team members
• Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical professionals
• Good judgment on data privacy, security and when a human must review AI output

Nice to have

• Experience in legal, healthcare or other professional-services operations
• Familiarity with tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier
• AI or cloud certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI, Google AI, IAPP AIGP)
• Experience building training courses or certification programs
