As a temporary employee, you will provide your services within the specified business unit while maintaining your employment contract with us, DB Zeitarbeit GmbH. Deine Aufgaben: Develop and enhance software solutions in Python for advanced machine learning Contribute to the further development of a Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL) platform that supports intelligent traffic and capacity management Collaborate closely with software architects, engineers, and AI experts to design and implement new features and technical solutions Ensure high software quality through testing, code reviews, and pair programming Continuously improve the maintainability and performance of the codebase by reducing technical debt and implementing best practices Actively contribute to the evolution of development standards, architectural guidelines, and engineering practices within the team Dein Profil: Degree in Computer Science or a comparable field of study At least five years of professional experience in the architecture and development of software systems using Python Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code Experience working collaboratively in agile and cross-functional teams Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
