Enterprise Resources Planning Business Analyst in Mundelein

• Perform business analysis, process improvement, and ERP support activities with a primary focus on PLEX ERP. \n

• Work closely with operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and IT teams to maximize system utilization and support organizational growth. \n

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT for ERP-related initiatives, with a strong focus on PLEX ERP. \n

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes across manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, human resources, and finance. \n

• Lead requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation of ERP system enhancements. \n

• Configure, maintain, and support PLEX ERP modules including production, inventory management, purchasing, quality, shop floor control, and human resources. \n

• Develop reports, dashboards, and data queries to support operational and strategic decision-making. \n

• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors. \n

• Support ERP upgrades, integrations, implementations, and data migration initiatives. \n

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. \n

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience within a manufacturing environment. \n

• Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing PLEX ERP is required. \n

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including MRP, Bills of Material (BOMs), production scheduling, inventory management, and quality systems. \n
