• 12+ years of experience in software delivery, including full-stack development with Python and React.
• Strong exposure to Mosaic, Helm, and related cloud-native technologies. 2. Technical Leadership
• Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of seasonal migrations to the Mosaic platform.
• Ability to own and drive application migration initiatives from planning through execution. 3. Migration Expertise
• Hands-on experience with CS-to-Mosaic migration projects.
• Strong understanding of migrating legacy applications to the Mosaic platform, including: o CI/CD implementation (Bamboo CI/CD preferred) o Kubernetes o PostgreSQL migration strategies o Data reconciliation and validation o Deployment and release management

ROLE OVERVIEW A hands-on technical lead who owns end-to-end delivery of the CSoI migration to Mosaiq. Acts as the bridge between WAM business stakeholders and the offshore engineering pod - translating regulatory-capital requirements into a clear technical plan, tracking execution in JIRA, and keeping the Mosaiq platform team and WAM aligned on scope, risk and timeline while providing day-to-day technical direction.
