Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer, you’ll work closely with engineering, product and clinical teams to design, develop and deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions.

• Proven experience developing and launching new products or features from concept through to production. \n

• Strong experience building consumer-facing applications, rather than exclusively internal tools or infrastructure platforms. \n

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React and Next.js. \n

• Experience developing backend applications using Node.js. \n

• Knowledge of mobile application development using React Native. \n

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and modern database technologies. \n

• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based application development. \n

• Experience working with Terraform and Redis. \n

• Strong understanding of software architecture, application performance and scalability. \n

• Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver high-quality software in a fast-moving environment. \n, * Experience working within early-stage or high-growth startups. \n

• Previous experience building zero-to-one products or launching new product lines within established technology companies. \n

• Experience developing healthcare technology or AI-powered applications. \n

• Knowledge of Python and additional backend technologies. \n

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and enterprise systems. \n

• Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related technical discipline., If you’re an experienced Software Engineer, Full Stack Engineer or Product Engineer with strong React, TypeScript and Node.js experience, and you’re passionate about building innovative consumer-facing applications, we’d love to hear from you.

• Designing and developing new features across web and mobile applications used directly by patients. \n

• Building consumer-facing products that improve user engagement, retention and overall experience. \n

• Developing scalable backend services and infrastructure to support a growing AI-powered healthcare platform. \n

• Building and enhancing applications used by physicians to improve clinical workflows and operational efficiency. \n

• Integrating AI-powered functionality into healthcare applications. \n

• Developing integrations with enterprise healthcare organisations, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. \n

• Supporting healthcare data integrations, including insurance claims processing and Health Information Exchange (HIE) records. \n

• Working across the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept and architecture through to production deployment. \n

• Collaborating with product managers, designers and clinical stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality software. \n

• Ensuring applications are scalable, secure, reliable and maintainable. \n

• Taking ownership of technical decisions and contributing to the future direction of the engineering function. \n
