Salesforce Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture design and implementation of AI-powered Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, and Salesforce Platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will define scalable architecture, establish technical standards, and drive the successful delivery of enterprise-grade Agentforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated ecosystems.

• Salesforce Integration (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Events) \n

• Salesforce Visualforce \n

• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, and AI-driven solutions. \n

• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Platform architecture. \n

• Experience designing solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud. \n

• Deep understanding of Agentforce agents, grounding, prompt templates, actions, AI governance, and security controls. \n

• Strong integration architecture experience using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, and middleware platforms. \n

• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation programs. \n

• Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools including Git, Copado, Gearset, and Azure DevOps. \n, * 10+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in Architect or Lead Architect roles. \n

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (Preferred).

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Agentforce implementations. \n

• Define Agentforce architecture including agents, topics, actions, prompts, instructions, guardrails, and AI governance frameworks. \n

• Design scalable and secure solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce. \n

• Architect integrations between Salesforce, external applications, AI services, APIs, and enterprise systems. \n

• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, agent orchestration, grounding, observability, and AI response validation. \n

• Provide technical leadership to developers, technical leads, and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. \n

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design assessments. \n

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data privacy, compliance, scalability, and performance standards. \n

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with business objectives. \n

• Support presales activities, solution estimates, technical proposals, and architectural roadmaps. \n

• Exposure to enterprise data architecture, Data Cloud, and customer data platforms. \n
