Senior Java Developer with python exp

The project involves transitioning existing Java-based applications to Python. Initially, the role will focus approximately 70% on Java development and 30% on Python development, with the potential for Python responsibilities to increase as the migration progresses., We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with hands-on Python development experience to support a BFSI application modernization and migration project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development, along with practical Python skills to support the gradual transition of existing Java applications and business logic to Python., n \n

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. \n

• Analyze existing Java applications, business logic, and workflows to support the transition to Python. \n

• Develop and maintain Python components and translate Java-based business logic into Python. \n

• Support application modernization, code migration, and integration activities. \n

• Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise application integrations. \n

• Work with relational databases, SQL queries, and data-processing workflows. \n

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, code reviews, and performance optimization. \n

• Ensure functional consistency, data integrity, security, and reliability during the migration process. \n

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional engineering teams. \n

• Follow secure coding standards and applicable BFSI compliance requirements. \n

• Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot. \n
