Senior .NET Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies \n

• Work with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissions \n

• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes \n

• Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration \n

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions \n

• Lead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practices \n

• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle \n

• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and overall technical quality \n

• Ensure solutions meet appropriate quality, security, and industry standards \n

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers \n

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a background working with healthcare systems and data. This person will work across the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on applications involving claims, member, and provider data. • Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization \n

• Experience with ETL and data integration using SSIS \n

• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative Agile/Scrum team \n

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills \n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
