Job description

Contributing to the design, build and delivery of deployable systems engineering projects
Working in a DevOps team: continuous integration, change management, automated deployment and monitoring
Acting as the senior engineer and final problem solver for incidents, requests and problem management
Supporting the technical planning and running of exercises, on-site or remotely
Documenting designs, implementations and troubleshooting guides, and training colleagues on the job
Leading technical support teams on projects and exercises, and standing in for senior staff when needed

Requirements

At least 5 years supporting deployable or large enterprise environments
Centralised storage (FC, iSCSI, SAS) or hyperconverged technology such as vSAN, plus VMware ESXi and vCenter
Recent Windows Server and Red Hat Linux, high availability (failover clustering, DAGs, stretched clusters) and patching
Expert Active Directory across federated domains and forests, DNS, server hardening and Group Policy
Remote Desktop or similar application provisioning
At least 3 years in a DevOps team with Bash or PowerShell and automation tools, solid TCP/IP and ITIL Service Transition
