Head of Analytics

• Build and lead a function supporting multiple business areas
• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic analytical projects
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics throughout the business
• Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Help shape business strategy through data-led decision making
• Lead, mentor, and develop analytical talent across the team
• Prioritise and deliver high-impact projects that improve business performance and customer outcomes
• Act as a key link between analytics, technology, and commercial functions

• Strong commercial experience leading analytics teams within financial services
• Previous experience within credit risk developing strategy
• Experience managing and developing analytical teams
• Hands-on technical background with prior coding experience in tools such as SQL, Python, SAS
• Ability to move between strategic leadership and technical problem solving
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting at executive level
• Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics transformation programmes
• Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills

• £90,000 - £150,000 base salary
• 20% annual bonus
