IT Product Owner

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or a similar subject.
• A good grasp of agile ways of working and IT service management.
• Sharp analytical skills, with the knack of explaining ideas to both technical and non-technical people.
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools, and ideally Microsoft 365 apps such as SharePoint or Power Automate.
• A curious mind about AI and automation, plus the people skills to work well with teams across different countries.

Salary:

£28.95 to £38.60 per hour PAYE.

Rates are dependent upon experience.

IT Product Owner Role:

• Help deliver new digital products and services that solve real business problems.
• Turn business needs into clear user stories in Jira.
• Join sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives as an active member of the agile team.
• Keep technology and business teams talking, and answer day-to-day questions as they come up.
• Help resolve incidents and change requests within agreed service levels.
• Keep product documentation and status reports up to date.
