Job description

Übernahme des 1st-Level-Supports sowie Erste Ansprechperson für die Fachabteilungen Verantwortung für das Change- und Release Management der ERP-Software Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Anwendungsschulungen Entwicklung und Administration neuer Schnittstellen Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene informationstechnische Berufsausbildung Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Support und in der Administration von ERP-Systemen Hohes technisches Verständnis sowie Kenntnisse in der Systemanalyse und dem Komponentenaustausch Analytisches Denken und konzeptionelle Stärke Hohe Service- und Ergebnisorientierung
