Job description

Steuerung von SAP HCM-Implementierungsprojekten sowie erste Ansprechperson bei SAP HCM-relevanter Fragestellungen Analyse und Optimierung der HR-Geschäftsprozesse Verantwortung für das Customizing der SAP HCM Systeme Installation und Wartung der Systeme sowie Verantwortung für Analysen, Dokumentation und Bewertung von Fehlermeldungen Planung und Durchführung von Updates und Release-Wechsel

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder informationstechnisches Hochschulstudium und/ oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung Fundierte Berufserfahrungen in der SAP-Beratung sowie gute Kenntnisse von HR-Prozessen Gute Kenntnisse in der Datenbankverwaltung sowie routinierter Umgang mit ABAP Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit Teamfähigkeit und kundenorientiertes Arbeiten
